I'm Grant Beauchamp, an affiliate broker with The Wilson Group Real Estate. I grew up in Franklin, I live in West Meade, and I help buyers, sellers and investors across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Why I do this work
Middle Tennessee isn't just where I work. It's where I grew up. I was raised in Franklin, and now I live in West Meade on Nashville's west side, so I know both sides of the county line and how different they can be for a buyer's budget.
Before real estate I worked in marketing. That background shapes everything I do: getting the right buyers in front of a listing, and helping buyers see past a listing's marketing to what a home really costs. It's why I write the guides on this site, like my Nashville property tax calculator and new construction guide. They answer the questions people actually ask me.

How I work
I'm a texter. Send me a listing, an address or a question and I'll usually get back to you within 15 minutes, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. I'll always explain how I'm paid upfront, in writing, and I'll tell you when I think a house isn't the right one.
